We are a family run PCB Assembly service with a goal of bringing back manufacturing to the UK. Our assembly lines have been designed to be cost efficient when it comes to our capabilities which allows us to be price competitive with South East Asia when it comes to low to mid end of assembly requirements.
With a fully automated SMT line and a manual THT line, we are able to take on projects of any size and can be very flexible when it comes with customer requirements.
We have successfully delivered 100s of assembly projects to customers all over the UK with circuit boards ending up in major supermarkets, industrial warehouses, schools, offices, residential and MOD.
Who Are We?
A small family run business based in the midlands
We started out manufacturing our own products but after 2019-2020, found an increasing demand for onshoring the assembly of circuit boards within the UK and Europe. We split off the assembly side of the business into PCBA LTD in 2022 and have since then grown in size and doubled our manufacturing floor space twice.
In 2024 we moved into our new dedicated 2500sqft manufacturing and assembly facility which features ESD flooring, HVAC and humidity control system, fume exhaust system, space for 4 assembly lines (SMT, THT and hand/box assembly) as well as plenty of storage for customer parts.
How can we help you?
SMT Assembly
Our SMT lines are capable of placing down to 0402 components on double sided PCBs as large as 500x370mm. We have automated stencil printing, and board stackers as well as multiple 6 zone reflow ovens.
THT Assembly
Our THT line features a 400mm wide wave soldering machine and hand assembly stations for up to 6 people. We also have multiple manual soldering stations for smaller projects.
